Windows 11 is not Booting after fresh installation. Inaccessible Boot Device

Hello i installed windows 11 downloaded over parallels 17 directly and after the installation windows is trying to boot but i get the error inaccessible boot device and a blue screen. Then the system is shutting down and repeat the error and shutting down and so on. Can someone help me please ?

 

I second this; also having this same issue on Parallels 18, fresh install will immediately boot into an [Inaccessible Boot Device] blue screen. Tried everything, it just loops in circles.

If i remember correctly, this was caused by NVMe being broken since 24H2. When creating a new VM, choose to customize settings and change the hard drive interface from NVMe to SATA. Downgrading to 23H2 is not really useful because the issue will reappear as soon as Windows updates itself.

 

so the only way to use parallel 17 normally is to download this old win 11 23 h2 through this ultra slow archive Link
or upgrade to parallel 20 ?
lol the after sales service of parallel are trash
the least they can do is include a link to download old windows or automatically download the old windows , not letting us installing new ver windows not compatible wasting our time searching around eventually leading us to here ?
