Created a new virtual machine in the process of updating Windows 11 tried to sign into Microsoft app store told me I needed to update, continued with the update and froze at 15 MB waited 10 minutes and it didn't change, restarted Windows 11 three separate times each time was another 18 MB, 54 MB, and 84 MB progress so then I tried a direct ethernet connection. Restarted and got 104 MB but still froze. (Parallels version 19.1.1) really can't find a good solution in the forum. The old virtual machine App Store in windows 11 works perfect. in fact, I created two new virtual machines. They both did the same thing so I deleted one Of them. I still have an old Parallels download (17) from when I originally purchased Does anybody think that would work? Also, I have a subscription how come I don't have an option for phone support? It says if you have a subscription and it is registered I should have phone support thank you.
I had a similar problem with the "Windows 11" vm creation process in Parallels, where the Windows Store hung trying to download an update. I let it run overnight, and it just sat at 5.78 MB. A second VM did the same thing. As a test, I downloaded the Windows 11 Pro ARM64 esd image, converted that to an ISO, and used that as the source to install a new VM, and on that VM the store worked properly right from the get go.
