I'm a relatively new Parallels user, running Parallels 11 and Windows 10. I was running a Windows program (in Confluence mode), and the WIndows VM 'hung'. A Windows program was running, and apparently hung up for some reason, then a new window popped up saying "Parallels Control Center is not responding", and I am (supposedly) given the option of either closing the program or wait for the program to respond. However, clicking on any option doesn't cause anything to change, and I can't close any of the programs, and can't get the Windows 10 VM to shut down.
I can close Parallels, but when I reopen it, the same windows (application and the 'not responding' window) re-display, and I can't 'start over'.
I'd rather not remove and reinstall Parallels, but can't find any other option.
Thanks in advance for any thoughts that people can provied.

Hello Rick, please start your Windows virtual machine and go to Action (from Mac menu bar) and to choose "Reset" and then check and le us know how it works.
