Hi there, I am running Windows 10 in Parallels 11 and Mac OS 10, and over the past week, I noticed the Windows Setting Cog has disappeared. I looked into the update settings and I can't activate the update. Looking at update history, Windows was last updated back in mid-Sept and it seems to be the time when I started getting Parallels v13 upgrade prompt? Anyone can suggest what I should do? I have also read that OS11 and Parallels 13 have problems running Windows 10 in other parts of the forum, so I am reluctant to upgrade until I can see that there are no more teething problems.
Hi @DennisT4 , please try creating a test account on your Windows virtual machine and check if the issue still persists.
