I've seen a bit of conversation related to this, but nothing helpful. I bought Parallels Desktop 13, just to run a basic edition of Windows 10 to run some windows apps. Windows 10 keeps giving me messages that Windows needs activating. It won't accept the product code I received (says some characters don't work). I'm seeing discussions on my Windows 10 not being genuine. Given that I bought this software from THIS SITE, I'm seriously hoping that's not true. I'm running Mac OS Yosemite (10.10.5) on a Macbook Pro. Could anyone please tell me how to resolve this issue in a way that does not involve me paying more money? Thank you.
Hello @MacRat7 , Windows OS license does not come with the purchase of Parallels Desktop for Mac, please refer http://kb.parallels.com/9003 for more information. You can purchase a valid Windows license from Microsoft Store or refer http://kb.parallels.com/115021 to purchase Windows through Parallels. Thanks
