windows 10 csgo problems

    Hi i have recently downloaded windows 10 on parallel and it is running fine on my mac osx and when i tried to download it from windows 10 i get this message appears http://prntscr.com/81chsc and i have searched online on how to fix it but none has helped me, can anyone help me plezz

    Please provide us the name of the program in which you are getting the error message so that we check and let you know.
    In order to investigate the issue further we need you to submit a Problem Report and provide us with its ID number. Please follow this KB article to submit Problem Report:http://kb.parallels.com/9058
    NOTE: Please submit a report while reproducing the issue and provide us with generated ID number in your reply on this email. We will not be able to locate your Problem Report on the server without having its ID number.

    Could you please give us more details about the issue that your facing with Parallels Desktop. It would be great if you can provide us the steps to reproduce the issue (1,2,3...) and the exact screenshot of the error message. Also, once you reproduce the issue, please provide us a problem report ID here: http://kb.parallels.com/9058

    well, I may be able to do that later but my situation is very similar to Rektingd. I try to laugh csgo and it instantly turns to a black screen and then pops out with the same error message above. This is the only game i have a problem with and unfortunately it is the one i play the most. It runs perfectly when on mac.

    Unfortunately we were unable to open the screenshot provided by Rektingd. Could you please help us with a 1.screenshot, 2.version of Windows, 3.Mac OS and the 4.version of Parallels Desktop, so that we can help you better.
