I upgraded my harddrive on my MacBook Pro to a larger drive. My old drive was imaged to my new drive. Everything on the Mac and PC/Parallels side works but the XP installation runs slow with major delays in performance which seem to also affect the video within Parallels/XP. Any suggestions?

Permissions repair should be the first step,
    Second reinstall Parallels Desktop

    Problem Solved

Thanks. Your advice solved the problem. For anyone else referencing this post, a "Permissions Repair" is performed by accessing the Disk Utilities application usually located within >Applications>Utilities>Disk Utility. It is a OS X application/function not a Parallels one.
