M1 MBP, latest version of Big Sur,
    Latest version of Paralles
    Latest Version of W10 Arm
    ACS Smart Card Reader
Smard Card Utility installed (64bit, 32 doesn't work)

It works on MacOs but Windows doest recognise that a smart reader is connected to the computer when I open Smard Card utility to export certificates

    I'm having the same issue.
    M1Max MBP, Monterey 12.5.1
Latest version of Windows 11 ARM
Smart Card Reader: Identiv SCR3310v2.0 USB Smart Card Reader (USB C)

Parallels support says that the Identiv driver doesn't support the ARM architecture. I reached out to Identive directly and am awaiting a response.
