I have a Mac Retina 13" (late 2013) laptop. Recently updated from OS X 10.9.5 to El Capitan 10.11.2. Then installed Parallels 11 Pro Edition. All installations fine. Then tried downloading Windows 11 Pro. The download stalls after about 30%. In fact, tried installing/uninstalling/re-installing 3 times with the same result. What do I need to do to fix this? Thanks.
Do you mean to say, you tried to install Windows 10 Pro ? Could you please give us more details about the issue that your facing. It would be great if you can provide us the steps to reproduce the issue (1,2,3...). Also, once you reproduce the issue, please provide us a problem report ID here: http://kb.parallels.com/9058 so that we can help you better.
Yes, I meant to say I tried to install Windows 10 Pro. These are the steps: From the Parallels Wizard window, I purchased Wndows 10 from Microsoft. I chose the Download Windows 10 option. I clicked the "Download Windows 10 Disc Image (ISO File) button I selected the windows 10 option and clicked Confirm. I chose English as the system language and clicked Confirm. I chose 64bit Download. It downloaded about 30% and then stopped.
In this case, we suggest you to re download Windows 10 & install it as suggested at http://kb.parallels.com/4729
