Will this work?

I have to record a demo of setting up a Mac initially, so was thinking of doing a VM install from the recovery partition then just recording the initial setup steps.

When I'm done, I plan to just delete the vm.

1. Will this work?
2. To delete the VM when I'm done, do I just remove the file or is there a special set of steps I need to go through to remove it?
