to get things sorted with Parallels? you get a used Mac and you cant even try a 14 day trial because the previous owner has already used it. Why is a licence linked to a device and not your parallels account? it makes no sense. and you cant even get hold of anyone. How is anyone supposed to evaluate if the software is worth £100 or not? Can support please provide something that will allow me to eveluate the software for the time stated on the website. Please do not say i can sign up and pay £100 and then cancel it if i want to.
