Why i'm getting failure message ?

pls see the error message, this happens when i just try to start installation,
pls assist me guys,
that realy freaks me out, i'm going crazy

 

Please make sure that you have some bootable CD/DVD with OS in your Mac drive.
You should create an ISO Image of the Windows CD using the standard MacOS X Disk Utility and load from it.

 

Is that a copied XP CD? It seems to be showing up like one... Just a thought...
