why i can log in the Parallels Forums ,but i can't log in Parallels account?

I can log in the parallels forums use the email "gmail account", but why i can't use the same email to log in the paralles account that showed a messeage : "Invalid Email or Password".
However,I first log in this parallels forums , and then open the paralles account web site (https://www.parallels.com/account/). Finally, My paralles account log on. (Wow. I don't know what happen?)

 

could you please check if all fields (name, surname, country) are filed under https://www.parallels.com/account/home/
