The standard Windows bar was at first at the bottom of the OSX desktop and now it's at the top when XP SP2 is in coherence mode!!??! I never even used to see until a day ago. I've looked through config in details and do not see how I could have turned this on let alone turn it off. Any ideas (see screenshot). Hello Shawn Feller, Can you please clarify do you have Windows Task Bar at the top only in Coherence mode or in Windows mode too? Please check the following: right click on Windows Task bar -> uncheck Lock Task Bar -> after that you may move Task bar (you may move it to the bottom once again -> after that please right click on the Task bar once agaian and lock it)
My task bar was at the bottom when I went to window/full model. I did find I was able to move the task bar in coherance mode to the location I want (top/bottom/left/right) just as I could in any Windows mode, so I now understand what is going on there, but... I never saw the bar before in the first serveral weeks I had Parallels and running in Coherance. How do I turn the bar off so I don't have to see it when in coherance?
