Why can't I drag and drop?!?

    I have a Word document on my Mac desktop. When I try to drag and drop it to the Windows desktop, it just snaps back. WHat am I doing wrong?

    Hello RH1,

    Please check that you use our latest version - build 2.5.3188 and you have Parallels Tools installed in guest OS.
