So i'm running mavericks with window 8 guest with parallels 8 on GTX770 4GB. keeping in mind i upgraded from paralles 8 in MtLion with the same VM as guest on a GTX480. In mafia 2 the shadows are all jacked up and corrupted. it also lags, not like low FPS lagging, like moments where it just freezes up for second and the HDD light on my machine goes solid/active. GTA IV was similar i'm about test it but, i'm fairly sure it will be the same based on the way mafia 2 is running. So i'm thinking it's either windows 8 or my cpu/chipset or parallels.
yup it happens in GTA IV, and i checked both DX 9 and 10 for mafia 2 same thing, check GTA IV in DX10. last time i tried it in dx9 with my old setup , it was the same issue.
I tried creating a support ticket, it may all be for nothing based on support pages and the fact ticket creation is not very openly accessible and how many empty threads there i might think paralles support is non existant.
