Where's Customer Service?!

    Okay, to start with, this company has the worst--by far--customer service options. Can't stat a ticket. Can't communicate with a human being. Endless runarounds. If I could dump parallels today, would do it in a heart beat.

    Second, trying to move my installation to a new Mac. Would seem easy. At least you'd think so. But, I can't find my activation key anywhere. And, it's not available in my account. After a lengthy search, the key was with my initial purchase, back in 2021. While that's lame, what's more lame is that the license key is, when used, is reported to be assigned to another account? How in the heck is that possible? I've logged into my parallels account, using the same email address that received the email. This is beyond lunatic. I've now wasted 2 hours on this simple, very simple process. (You could learn something from Tuna Belly Software, makers of TG Pro, on how to manage this process.)

    Here's the deal: my info's connected to this post. How about this thing gets sorted out? And, how about you add an option for support that isn't so cheap & lazy?

    For future reference, in order to obtain phone/chat support, kindly follow the below steps:
    1. Sign in to your Parallels account using the link: https://my.parallels.com/login
    Make sure your Parallels Desktop license is registered.
    2. Go to the Support page. ( https://my.parallels.com/support/ )
    3. Select your product and the category of your question.
    Enter a short issue description or key words into the search box.
    4. If you don't find the solution you are looking for, click "Request Support" and proceed to the Support contact options.
