Where is "Map Ctrl to Command key" pref in Parallels 5?

I'm a recent upgrade to v5. One of my favorite features of Parallels 3 and 4 was that it had a checkbox in Prefs or in the Config editor (can't remember) that let me map my Mac's Command key to the Windows Control key. So not only did pressing Command-X mean "Cut" throughout, but also *within a program* (like Windows Photoshop), I could press Command-+ and zoom in. (equivalent would be Ctrl-+ if I were working on a Windows machine).

With the default "Keyboard & Mouse" preference settings for Parallels v5, running with Windows 7 if that makes a diff, this isn't working. I see a lot of the keyboard mapping has already been set ... but the simple checkbox to "use the Command key instead of the Control key" is missing. So yes, Command-X does a cut and Command-N will create a new doc in my apps, but within a program, I often have to use the Ctrl key .. Crtl-+ to zoom in with Photoshop. It's frustrating, especially when I'm doing a live seminar in front of a lot of people.

This was one feature is what's kept me using Parallels instead of VMWare. Argh. Any help?
