The Parallels update system failed has trashed up my install really good. I've spent at least 3 hours trying to repair the damage. This includes reading the KB articles, searching the forum, etc. But now the problem seems to be where do I find support where all else has failed? I go here: https://desktop.parallels.com/#/support There's nothing helpful there! I need to open a ticket or log a request somehow.
On that page there is a link that says "Visit Support Page", at the bottom, click on it then you'll se "Contact Support" as you scroll down, expand the "Contact us".
