What macOS versions will Parallels 15 run?

I have a permanent license for Parallels 15. (I also have a subscription to the current version of Parallels which I am considering not renewing as there is only currently one program (Lotus Approach) that I need Windows for.)
(1) What version of macOS will still work on as I currently am running Sequoia and plan on updating my iMac when Tahoe comes out in the fall.
(2) What version of Windows will Parallels 15 run? And will I be able to use my current VM (which is Windows 11 Pro) on Parallels 15.
