What is your Parallels and Visual Studio Code workflow for development and programming?

    I'm thinking of getting the Pro version of Parallels so that I can do local testing of Linux apps and servers but I'm curious if anyone uses the Visual Studio Code plugin that lets you work with virtual machines from within Visual Studio Code.

    What do you use Parallels for in your programming / development work?
