    what happen in Parallels? I have 5 days, still haven't solution for my strouhble.
    I don´t find mail, phone or chat support

    Additionally, in order to obtain phone/chat support, kindly follow the below steps:
    1. Sign in to your Parallels account using the link: https://my.myparallels.com/login
    Make sure your Parallels Desktop license is registered.
    2. Go to the Support page. ( https://my.parallels.com/support/ )
    3. Select your product and the category of your question.
    Enter a short issue description or key words into the search box.
    4. If you don't find the solution you are looking for, click "Request Support" and proceed to the Support contact options.
    However, as per the email provided, all your current subscriptions are expired.

    received this from paralles saying my purchase was made in 19 january 2023 for a one year license (6J96SX-F2PXB3-YE2TZA-WAPQXH-GCGW44):

    I make the activation process but I can't.
    certainly there is a mac that used this license but that macbook no longer works, it does not work

    Hello.

    This message is a standard warning designed to notify you that the license will be deactivated on a Mac that it was previously activated on. In this case, when it's not needed on the previous computer, the standard procedure is to click "Activate on This Mac", and it should successfully activate.

    However, if it does not activate, let us know by describing the exact behaviour and if possible a screenshot if applicable.

    Precisely I sent in detail because I already did that last step and it is not activated.
