What sources, if any, does a user have for getting answers about Parallels Desktop answered without having to pay, if there are no replies to such questions in the forums here, or if the replies don't actually solve the problems? It's a bit much to expect a customer to solve all of his installation, configuration and other problems within 30 days, and then have to pay for anything that comes up after that period has expired. I won't even consider ever purchasing a Parallels product again if these forums are the only option for unpaid support beyond the first 30 days after purchase.
Well Said.. rk, I agree.. it should be that if a post is unresolved or un-answered after a few days, the moderator should assign it to the tech staff for resolution. Even if this takes lower priority over paid services, it should not be left unresolved. Parallels should take ownership of the request and deal with it to show their support for us, their paid customers. Rosti.
