I was looking forward to using this upgrade but now have wasted three complete days trying unsuccessfully to get 4.0 to install and work correctly. I'm now trying to reinstall 3.0, with another day down the drain. When I called for technical support, I get an endless loop of voice prompts telling me that support is $29.95 per incident. Thanks for nothing.
