Wayland support for Parallels Tools? (Dynamic Resolution, Clipboard, Coherence, etc.)

What's the situation currently with Wayland support for Parallels Tools? I'm running Parallels Desktop 20.4 on macOS 15.5 with several Linux guests, but when those VMs log into the default Wayland session, all Parallels-specific integrations disappear. The most troubling is that there's no dynamic-resolution or DPI scaling. There are other problems too.

Switching to Xorg can bring back every feature, BUT I'm working with some distribution development that REQUIRES Wayland at this point...

I could not find any reference to Wayland in the 20.4 release notes or KB articles, and multiple forum threads recommend disabling Wayland to restore functionality.
    • Does Parallels Tools 20.4 officially support Wayland for dynamic resolution, clipboard sync, drag-and-drop, or Coherence?
    • Is a Wayland-native Parallels Tools port on the roadmap, and if so, is there an estimated timeline or beta channel?
    • If partial support exists through VirGL/virtio-gpu, which features are expected to work today?
Are there any recommended work-arounds or configuration flags for users who want to stay on Wayland?
