I Have installed an ERP software on my VM(Windows) and I need it to connect to my office VPN. How do I do this? I tried Shared Network, it still does not work. I tried setting up the VPN in Windows, and that does not help either. Someone please help!
Do I understand right that you 1) have installed ERP VPN client on mac and connect to it 2) the VM is in Shared network 3) while connected on Mac-side, Windows doesn't have access to VPN? It is a supported scenario. If it doesn't work, please enable verbose logging in Parallels (menu of Parallels Desktop Preferences -> Advanced and enable the option "Use detailed log messages"). Try to access some VPN sites in Windows and then send a problem report (menu Help -> Send Technical Data..). Post here the report number. Then disable detailed logging.
Sorry, Let me start again: 1) VPN is setup on MAC - which connects perfectly. 2) VM is in Shared Network 3) ERP Software is installed on Windows VM 4) The ERP software cannot connect to my server via the MAC VPN. 5) I tried setting up the VPN on windows, but it does not connect.
