It works with brdiged networking, but not with shared networking. It's crucial when you are on "on road", using something like a 3G modem to dial up from the host OS ( MAC OSX in my case) and your provider would only give you one IP address, so bridged networking is useless. The other option is to use the USB 3G modem in the XP guest, but USB devices don't seem to work under XP guest with parallels 3120.
