I've been trying to get my VOIPvoice usb phone working with Parallels with no success. The main problem is that whenever I try to have Parallels take that USB device, it gives the message "USB device you are trying to connect to the virtual machine is being used by another process. Wait 5-10 seconds, then try to connect the device again. If this does not help, find the application that blocked up the device and disconnect it manually."

This isn't helpful because no program is using this device, and it occurs no matter what I select in the MacOS sound control panel.

I've tried making it the default sound device in MacOS then launching Windows, which does give me output through the handset but not input.

What can I do to fix this?
