I'm on RC2 and so far I've NEVER had a single issue with any kind of networking. Following the advice of several here I have SharePoints installed and I have a constant share of my VMXP shared directory on my Mac. Up until this morning I could simply boot XP, click on the remembered share in XP and it would as for username and password, I'd log in and have FAST file sharing between XP and MacOS. This is how I transferred work from the VM to MacOS for emailing and FTP etc. This morning it simply stopped working. My Mac booted and got it's normaly DHCP address of 135.16.0.210 as it has retrieved for the last several months. My XP VM booted and got its IP address of 135.16.0.216 just like it has for at least a month. But the two don't talk. I can't ping 135.16.0.210 from XP and hence trying to connect to the SharePoints published share simply doesn't work. Not sure what changed from yesterday to today but something is different.
