I have the latest Parallels 6 build and OS X Lion. Having terrible problems with Win XP and or Win 7. Parallels reports "SERIOUS" errors during startup of the VM. It is hard to descrive the symptoms, but one is that the VM list is NOT presented. Parallels simply starts automatically in the last VM that was run. Then it proceeds to fail at attempt to boot from the virtual disk. It is a mess.
