After I updated Parallels to 19.2.0, I noticed the Visual Studio 2022 ARM is having issue with horizontal scrolling with ASPX file type. I'm unable to scroll horizontally with any ASPX file (either single or opened side-by-side vertically). Similar to this thread here, It's weird that file type affects the scrolling in Parallels. This only happens on external monitors. If I moved the VM to Macbook's built-in display, then everything is fine.
