I'd like to try Vista on Parallel and have a few questions:

    i) What's the experience of running Vista on the Parallel's VM?
Does the Aero Glass interface run well on a 2 GB machine?

ii) I don't have much disk space left on my MBP. How much virtual disk space Vista will take on the Mac host? Is the image file usually more compressed than the real one?
Can I put image file on an external drive with acceptable performance?
Which type of external drive recommended for MBP? USB drive or firewire drive?

I like to hear insights on how people manages 4-5 multiple OS on MacBook or MacbookPro.

    Thanks

Since Parallels does not yet support DirectX 9, you will not have "glass".

I've got 32GB assigned to Vista and it runs reasonably fast. I've also got a 16GB XP partition and an 8GB Unbuntu partition. Parallels does not commit the full HD space unless you actually need it, the hdd will expand. So for now I actually have lots of room on my MBP.
