vista error irq not equal or less than error

Attempting to do a clean install of vista home premium and recieve a irq not equal or less than error. Now I am somewhat new to this but I have had problems with this before and it usually is a driver error. I thought that parallels virtualized a pc, others have installed vista without this problem. Is the entire pc virtualized or could I be having some issue with hardware on my pc?

 

Need more info! what are you trying to do? install vist in parallels? if so what is your host os.
