Virus Scan--3 days and counting! And no response from Support!

    Just venting. Why do they promise a response in 24 hours, when my ticket hasn't even been assigned to anyone after 48 hours?

    After 4 days I finally had a response. The process continues 4 days later, since, now matter how quickly I respond, Support is apparently limited to one communication per day.
