Virtual network Lab setup Windows 2016 Domain server with serveral clients in virtual domain

Hi,
First off I am not a seasoned IT technician. I am in the process of learning how to setup Windows 2016 from scratch as AD, DNS and DHCP server in a test environment using Parallels. Eventually I plan to setup several client VM's that will logon to the Windows 2016 Domain in this environment.

I am failing on the first step, setting up the static IP for the server. This network connection I plan to use as the gateway for all client computers that are authenticated in this virtual domain.

NOt sure what type of network card I should setup in parallels to achieve my goal.
