Virtual Memory and Disk space problem

    I keep getting a message telling me that my Virtual memory is low and that I'm low on disk space. Can anyone tell me

    1. How do I increase my Virtual Memory on an up and running VM?
    2. How do I increase the disk space for a VM?

    Any help is appreciated.
