Virtual Disk slowly increasing in file size

    Hello,

    I have a VM running Max OS X Server through Parallels Desktop 5.
    I have the virtual disk set at 40GB but for some reason it is slowly getting larger on the physical disk.

    It is currently at 99GB!

    What do I need to do to prevent or fix this issue?

    If anyone has any tips or suggestions I would greatly appreciate it.
