Hey Robert, sorry about that! Can you share what browser you are using? Exact version number. Also if you can, can you submit a problem report from the right control panel, and post here the problem report ID? also a couple of suggestions to make things work: - clear caches in your browser - try another browser (chrome) and see if problem is reproduced. Thanks for your suggestions. Unfortunately I don't have time to do any troubleshooting now, so I've reinstalled v6.5.3, which works fine.
Alex, I've had some time to do some troubleshooting, and I think the most likely cause of the problem is that my remote computer is running Windows 7. What is the latest version of the Parallels Access agent that is supported on a Windows 7 computer, and where can I find its installer? Robert
Sorry to hear that. Yeah, Win 7 is an ancient beast with its own issues. You can try this version -- this is the last one in which we supported Win 7, just disable automatic updates: https://download.parallels.com/pmobile/v6/6.1.0-38296/ParallelsAccess-6.1.0-38296-win.exe
