Just upgraded from 5 to 6. Kapersky wasn't working. Went to install it from the Parallel's menus, was told within Windows that I first had to remove the old version. Went to do so. Was told I didn't have authorization to do so. That's wrong, as there is only one account and it is an admin account, but whatever. Uninstall then crashed. Now when I try to install Kapersky, I get the same error message. But, when I go to remove it (either from the Parallels Internet Security group in the Start menu or through the control panel), I'm told that option only applies for software that is currently installed (note that it shows up as available for being uninstalled). So, it's uninstalled enough that it won't work and can't be uninstalled the rest of the way; but is still installed enough that I can't install the new version. Gotta love that Windows. Help!!! Thanks.
