I upgraded to Version 15 and now a program I use is not showing full graphics anymore. It worked fine in 14, not in 15. Is there an easy way to roll back to a better version that works? And trying to contact tech support seems more and more difficult. All in all I am very frustrated. If anyone has an idea on the graphics issue or how to roll back, please shoot me a message. Thanks. Hi Scott, could you please provide us with more detailed info. Which program are you using and version of it. When does the issue appear? Also please generate the tech report right after that issue reproduced and post here the report's ID number.
It is XL2 Data Explorer by NTi. It is for viewing data obtained off a sound meter. I downgraded back to Version 14 and the issue immediately went away. So..if the VM works with the program, that tells me it is your software V15, not the program.
