It looks like from what I can gather in the forums and Parallels pretty much complete lack of support, V9 of Parallels and Mavericks have some serious performance issues. On my Mac it renders both the host and the guest useless Support has so far not addressed the issue and instead just sends links to the KB for things to try that aren't even related to my initial support submission. So I guess it's time to move on. How can I go about getting a refund? Sad that it has come to this, but I can't waste my time on products that don't work.
