Using RC2, why still usb 1.1 instead of 2.0?

My external hard drive still connects at 1.1 speed instead of 2.0, using the RC2 release of parallels.

Checking the USB icon on the tools, it says still USB 1.1 controller. Should this not be 2.0? WinXP says you are connecting on slow 1.1 controller but gives no option to connect to 2.0

I thought RC2 has USB 2.0 support? Am I missing something.

Try measuring the actual transfer speed. You will probably find close to USB 2.0 speeds even though it still reports 1.1.

Do people really achieve USB 2.0 transfer speeds with an external hard drive? I still find it to be much slower under Parallels than under OS X or a real Windows machine.

    MacBookPro 2GB, 120G, Parallels 3188 - Windows XP Pro
