i want to see about using a guest as a gateway, eg a linux or openbsd machine. anyone set this up? seems by looking around it may be possible.... GhostInShell
This works with OpenBSD 7.5 (which is when I installed it; I have since upgraded to 7.7)-> and Parallels < 26.2.0; the latest version of Parallels appears to have broken support for this, it is stuck at the boot> prompt after it set tty to fb0. My OpenBSD VM is a gateway for all my other virtual machines -- you do need to have the version of Parallels that supports host-only networks, though.
