Hello, We set up web hosting for various users and have recently encountered an issue with one of those users. When we set up our users, their ftp account username and password is the same account that they use to access the Plesk control panel. Recently, we had a user change that password, and it applied to the ftp account, but did not update to the Plesk Control panel account, and now that user cannot access the Plesk control panel.
