User access approval workflow

It would be great to see approval workflows in line with the other competitors in this category.
So a user tries to access a certain endpoint and it would trigger a workflow email for an approver to log on and approve the access.
Same for transferring a file, the file should be quarantined and only released after approval if approval is configured.
Haveing the file has checked by virus total would be a good bonus.
