Use function keys in windows 7

    Hi i am using Parallels to run windows 7 so i can use remote desktop and ts gateway to connect to my work computer.
    I am a developer and using visual studio. So i ned to use F5 to F11 all the time. now i have to press fn+F6 and so on.

    is there any way to configure Parallels so F6 is is F6 and not keyboard keys backlight?
