We upgraded to version 4. yesterday.

We can not print to an attached USB dot matrix printer that we have used for years with version 2.x, 3.x
We can still print to our network printers; HP Laserjet, Konica

I have downloaded and reinstalled Bonjour Print Wizard several times.
I have reinstalled a new generic printer... tried both generic/pcl and generic/postscript.... several times
Within Windows/Control Panel/ Printers The printer created by Bonjour appears but can not be opened or printed to. Each attempt yields a message about insufficient permissions. ARGH!!!!!!!

Parallels preferences recognizes that the USB printer is being shared by OSX but the Configuration manager says no USB devices are connected even though there are several.... mouse, keyboard, scanner, printer ..... What kind of coordination issues does that suggest?

Then Parallels support is extremely difficult to get.... is my frustation showing?

What we need is a CASS cerified bulk mailer program that will run native on a Mac and we can end our printer issues with Parallels...

We need help immediately. How to get the USB printer to connect to windows running on Parallels Or the name of a Mac native CASS certified bulk mailer program.

    Thanks

    Jim

I have created a ticket for you in our Request Tracker, its number 628049.

    Go to the following web-site:

    - click "Get access to Parallels RT"; afterwards, you'll be prompted to enter your registered email address and number of any of your support ticket and follow the on-screen instruction; enter the number of your ticket into the "search" field and you will be able to view the whole ticket history.
