    Hi guys,

I have been running my software on PC, and boot-camped Win7, but I am struggling to to get my hardware to work under parallels.

The software is specific for fitting hearing aids. The issue I have is with a USB audio controller made by MEdRx (REM / A2X modules). When I plug the unit in it beeps to tell me it has been inserted. When I check the drivers they are the correct MedRx drivers and interestingly music will play through the unit to its speakers. but the software says that the units are not connected?

Has any one had any similar types of software / USB controller issues.

    I am using a 2013 MacBook Pro (16gig ram).

    TIA
