I have an older Logitech USB mouse that XP (under Parallels) recognizes as a simple PS/2 wheel mouse. Unfortunately, as such, it doesn't recognize right-mouse clicks or my thumb button. So, I clicked on the VM USB icon in the lower right corner of the window. Among the options that Parallels displays is "PS2 to USB Converter" (not sure if this is relevant) and "USB-PS2 Mouse M-BA47" ("M-BA47" is the correct model number). As soon as I click "USB-PS2 Mouse M-BA47" Windows does the "new device found" chime and the mouse cursor appears to freeze. However, I can tell that the mouse is still functioning since whenever I right click, I get a context menu in the appropriate location. I can even open the Start menu with a little guess work. I've tried to regain control by pressing Ctrl+Alt, but that doesn't work. Also, the mouse is bound by the Parallels window (i.e., I can't click on any of my Mac stuff). The only way to regain control is by shutting down XP at which point the mouse displays and behaves properly again. Finally, in case it's helpful, the mouse is connected via a 4-port USB 2.0 hub. Parallels Tools is installed. USB AutoConnect is turned on. Thanks in advance for any help you can send my way. John
