I`m using a USB KVM that detaches the mouse & keyboard
from the MacBook whenever I switch between computers. When I
switch back to my MacBook, and the USB keyboard/Mouse are restored,
parallells always asks me if I want to attach them to the guest OS.
1). The default option in the USB device connection dialog is "YES" which is just plain wrong, because if I
accidently hit the enter key, it detaches my keyboard & mouse from
OSX and attches them to the VM running in Parallels, which disables
the keyboard and mouse, so then I`m stuck and I need to reboot,
because I can`t control the computer with the keyboard and mouse.
The default option for these dialogs should be "NO" or "Cancel"
    (pictures of dialogs attached).
2). Could you please add an option to perminantly disable specific USB
hardware devices in the guest OS, even if they are unplugged and
re-plugged. Alternatively, you could dissalow the keyboard and
mouse from attaching to the guest OS. Either modification would
work and would make using a KVM with parallels seamless.

About second option, I can say that it will be added in Parallels Desktop version 4, as for 1st option I this is reported already, so I think it will be implemented too
